Shipment

We ship with PostNL.

The amount to be paid is automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Pick up in Rotterdam is free. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready.

Returns

We prefer that you are happy with your order, but it can always happen that something is disappointing...

Legally, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day of receipt.

You may cancel the purchase without giving any reason.*

You can return it by completing our withdrawal form or sending us an email.

You must return the product within 14 days. Of course unopened ;)

The costs of returning are at your own expense.

As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account. Depending on the bank, it is usually back in your account the next day. NB. Monin bottles can only be returned if the seal (cap) is not broken. Pack it well (all bottles are shipped in special bottle boxes & wrapped with tissue paper).
